Gary Hendron presented the “Four Ponds meadow” development (former Foster property), making the following points: the area is R80/cluster;33 home sites plus a community room on 86 acres; houses are individual design with design review & covenant with deed; no age restriction; common septic field but individual wells; the ponds are 15-50’ deep and 2 ridges are approximately 30’ higher than the ponds; there will be a Homeowners’ Association; utilities underground; the application will be under PRCD regulations & per section 4.7, the open space must be designated, the application being proposed for 45 days from now. Questions remain about open space requirements and a walking path from Boston Post Road to the Lay property along the Kus property line.
Jenn must leave, Amanda will continue the minutes.
